ClarityUX and Ethereon D Lab Pvt. Ltd. (“the Company”) maintain a strict NO REFUND policy for all purchases made through the ClarityUX platform, including web-based tools, Figma plugins, and digital services.

1.2 Finality of Purchases:
All payments made via ClarityUX are considered final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, including but not limited to:

• Pay-as-you-go feature credits

• One-time analysis services

• Plugin-based functionality

• Digital tools or downloads

2. Purchase Terms
